Data structure

You will receive a .csv file containing one row of data per hour for each Statistical Area 2 (SA2) in the areas you have selected, for the date and time range you have selected.

The file contains a single header row, shown in the Field column below.

The Descriptions are from the Stats NZ Datafinder - Geographic Area Look Up

region_2018_code	Regional council 2018 code
ta_2018_code	Territorial authority 2018 code
Time	Date/time (YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss)
Count	Estimated population

The Codes that are used in the data files relate to the official geographies from Stats NZ.
