Navigating between products

Hovering over the application icon will reveal access to all of the products. Clicking on ‘View all products’ will take you to the Dashboard

Documentation and help

Hovering over the help icon will reveal links to the product documentation and an email link to the product support team.

User icon

Hovering over the user icon will reveal the name and email address of the current user and the link to sign out of the product. This Icon will be different for each registered customer.

Select RTO

Under ‘Select RTO’ you are able to select ‘All RTO’s’ or any individual RTO, by clicking on the label. Multiple RTO’s are not able to be selected.

Select Date Range

Clicking on the ‘Start Month’ will open a navigation field to select the first month of the date range, using the arrows < > for scrolling between months. Clicking ‘End Month’ will open a navigation field for setting the last month of the date range.

Selecting the same Start Month and End Month will return 1 months data. Selecting a date range of greater than one month will return all months data including the month of the start and end months. i.e. February 2018 - April 2018 will return 3 months of data.

Download

Once a valid RTO and Date Range is selected the ‘Download’ button will become active. Click on the Download button to get a comma separated values (.csv) file, which is compatible with spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel.
